The main activity of SMU № 53 is construction of residential houses in the town of Boryspil.
In recent years, the company has built and put into operation four residential houses in the center of Boryspil: 47, Kiev Shlyah Str., 49, Kiev Shlyah Str., 19, Rabochaya Str., 18, Rabochaya Str.

The company currently is building a residential house on the street 20, Holovatogo and plans to complete construction in the IV quarter of 2011.
In 2008, the "Construction and Installation Department № 53" became part of "Altis-Holding".
