History

1995-1996

The Altis Company began its activity in 1995, specializing in the roof design and installation. Roofs were made of cooper, zinc and also of soft materials. Active work helped the company to double its annual profitability which, in turn, provided both quantitative and qualitative growth of personnel and technical park.

1997-2000

The success of the company "Altis" for two years in the Ukrainian construction market allowed to obtain permanent customers and gain the reputation of a reliable partner, which in turn provided an opportunity to expand the list of available works and services. In 1997 a company "Transbud-Kompani” was created. The company specializes in civil engineering works in the residential, commercial and industrial construction. Subsequently, Transbud-Company became the main contractor of the Group of Companies “Altis-Holding”.

2001

The year was marked by the creation of specialized companies, which provided services not only for domestic customers, thereby ensuring quality and in-time implementation  of contracts, but they also took active participation in their specialized markets.
First, the company “Altis-Glass”, using the equipment of Peter Lizec GmbH (Austria), started to provide glass cutting and assembly of double-glazed windows based on  the world's highest technical requirements in this area. The company introduced first in Ukraine line to work with glass Jambo Size 3210 x 6000 mm. The company began a float-glass supplying from the company “Pilkington” (Great Britain). A powerful storehouse of float glass with a minimum volume of 200 tons was created.
Secondly, the company “Altis-Spetsbud” was founded. Its specialization became excavation works, zero circle, external networks, the construction of special facilities and landscaping.
The year became memorable for works on the façade of Commerce and Industry Chamber of Ukraine.

2002

Due to the rapid growth pace of construction, as well as the dynamic development of Ukrainian market of facade translucent structures, opening of the specialized companies continued - in 2002, the company "Dom Aluminievyh Constructiy" ("DAK") started its work, The company specializes in design and installation of frame structures, design and manufacture of ventilated facades, and roofing work. In the same year, for a single production cycle and integrated work on projects, all earlier created companis merged into Construction Corporation Altis-Holding. Its main activities - management of construction projects in the general contract terms. This year “Altis-Holding” rapidly asserted itself in the market BMZ. The wall constructions were mounted on the following objects: furniture factory "Enran", publishing house "Blits-Inform", supermarket "Silpo", supermarket "Billa", supermarket "Velika Kishenya". Work on the shopping centre "Magellan" - the first object on general contract terms - began .

2003

Increasing amount of work required the continuous supply of building products in all areas of activity of the company, and this year, one of the subdivisions of "Altis-Holding ", the company “Altis-Postach” was founded.  It became the exclusive distributor of the building materials of concern SFS Intec in the market of Ukraine. The company also offers products of the largest producers of building materials from Europe.
In 2003, work on the technological equipment of production proceeded - in the company “DAK”, the most functional flat glass tempering oven of the company Tamglass (Finland) was set. Glass processing is carried out on equipment of Z. Bavelloni (Italy).
Objects of the year were: TRC "Magellan" showroom "Seat", retail and office center "Mandarin Plaza", a department store "Ukraine", Nezhin Milk Pant, building hypermarket "Epitsentr", the alcoholic beverage factory "Nemiroff", hypermarkets "METRO Cash&Carry".

2004

The reconstruction of production was carried out in “Altis-Glass”. There were additionally installed two double glazed window production lines by “Peter Lizec GmbH”. The production of the hardened glass was mastered. The following year, 2005, in addition to existing opportunities, line of horizontal glass processing by the company Intermac Busetti SPA (Italy) was installed.

2005

This year the following projects were commissioned: hypermarket “Tam-Tam”, entertainment complex  “Ultramarine”, retail centre  “Marshal”.

2006

The volume of available and potential work in the construction of infrastructure initiated the creation of a specialized company “SpetsBudBeton”. Its purpose - ensuring the needs of customers and investors in the construction of large-scale logistics centres and other facilities of transport construction on the territory of Ukraine. Company staff and cooperation with manufacturers of machines and equipment promotes highest level of the foundation installation works, soil stabilization works and road construction works.
In the course of industrial automation, company “Altis-Glass” became the owner of the first in Ukraine (the second in the CIS) line of Italian firm KeraGlass RAINBOW 220.  The equipment produces enamelled facade glass (the glass with the inflicted thermal-diffusion paint). It is a fourth-generation line that almost fully eliminates a human factor in its work. In 2006 we built 2 supermarkets “Arsen” on the terms of general contracting in Rivne and Ivano-Frankivsk. Besides, in  Dnipropetrivsk "METRO Cash&Carry. Ukraine” opened its second retail centre; “Altis-Holding” was its basic walls installation contractor.

2007

The reputation of  “Altis-Holding” as a professional, successful and reliable general contractor in the Ukrainian market, favoured the designation of Alexander Glimbovskiy, CEO of Altis-Holding, to a position of general director of the Ukrainian Building Association (UBA). UBA is a reputable organization that represents the interests of professional players of the construction market, the real estate market and their associated markets.
The Company "DAK” became an exclusive representative of the company “GCC” ( Taiwan) in Ukraine. The “GCC” produced furniture for glass partitions, bathrooms, extensible door systems and glass furniture.
Objects of the year were: retail & entertainment centre “Alladin”, the retail & entertainment complex "Caravan" and the retail & entertainment centre "Sady Pobedy".

2008

It was the year of public recognition of “Altis-Holding”. Alexander Glimbovsky was elected as deputy chairman of the board of directors of Ukrainian Building Association.
In summarizing the results of the First National Prize in the field of real estate of Ukraine "CP AWARDS 2008", among the winners of the projects, implemented by us on a turnkey basis were named:  "Caravan" in Kharkiv and “Kvadrat” in Kiev. All in all 39 projects of retail, office, warehouse and hotel properties took part in the contest.
For the first time one of the companies of “Altis-Holding” won the public tender - the company “SpetsBudBeton” started work on the platform of terminal complex in Borispol airport. The followings objects, built on the general contracting terms, were commissioned: the residential complex “Parus (Sail)”, the retail & entertainment centre “Kvadrat” and the retail & entertainment complex “Caravan” in Dnipropetrivsk. The construction of the following turn-key objects was started: our first logistic park “Terminal. Brovary”, the retail & entertainment centre “PortCity”, the office & retail complex “Domosfera” and the residential & hotel complex “Silver Springs”.

2009

Design of SEC “PortCity Lutsk. Completion of construction of SEC “Caravan”, an area of ​​106 385 m ², in Dnepropetrovsk. Completion of construction of a factory of reinforced concrete structures "Oberbeton".

2010

Completion of construction of a logistics park “Terminal. Brovary”  winner of "CP AWARDS 2010". Ander dynamic construction are: a new terminal "International airport "Lviv"”, “Water Park” in Kiev.
