One of the main activities of the company Altis-Glass is production of double-glazed windows with energy-saving properties of the glass.

A specialized workshop was built for this project by "Altis-Holding", it's equipment let to work with the glass of the Jumbo size (3 210  x 6 000 mm).

 The workshop also has a 200-tonne warehouse of the glass of different classes, types and sizes. The facilities let to assemble double glazed windows meeting the world's highest technical requirements. A big volume of the warehouse makes it possible to ensure a homogeneity of the facade colour in scale projects.

The windows are assembled on the conveyor line of the firms "Bystronic" and "Piter Lisec". There is also a serteficate for the spider glazing of the company DOW CORNING . A computer optimized automatic cutting line allows working with a glass size of 3 210 x 6 000 mm. This equipment not only optimizes the cutting but also produces with the large facade glass. An installed equipment let to manufacture up to 600 glass per shift.

An availability of the equipment for cutting laminated glass (triplex) allows to offer the glass with increased protection properties and improveed noise insulation.

Recently the construction of buildings up to 250 meters high has begun so that it's not sufficient to have an experience of glazing buildings up to 75 m high. The high-mounted double glazed windows should be strength and weight minimum so they are assembled of hardening glass. The tempered glass for windows are usually 4-8 mm wide.
