2 our realized objects are the winners of the First Ukrainian National Real Estate Prize "CP AWARDS". They are the retail and enterntainment centers "Karavan" in Kharkiv and "Kvadrat" in Kyiv. The total quantity of the nomination was 11.
39 projects were applied as nominees; they all were projects of retail, office, hotel and logistic real estate. The award prezentation was in Hayatt Regency Kyiv on the 29th of May, 2008.
