The first foundation stone of the retail, entertainment and office complex "PortCity" was in Lutsk. The total square of the complex is more then 62 thousand sq.m. The general planner of the complex and general contractor of its construction is "Altis-Holding". The client is "Grand Market Group". The end of the construction will be planned till the summer 2010.
