According to Yuliya Nosenko, in a situation when the projects are located throughout the territory of Ukraine, the issue of good management is very important: "As an innovative company we focus on the use of telecommunication technologies, because management is firstly timely decision making." Department of system integration works in the corporation Altis-Holding, that develops and implements a system of video surveillance, access control and web conferencing, designed and implemented its own Intranet project management system that provides all participants with access to materials relating to the project. Moreover, "Altis-Holding" is the sole partner of CISCO in Ukraine, which is competent on CCTV and access control CISCO.

Thus, said Yuliya Nosenko, every project of the company is equipped with webcams, which allow to control the construction process, not being on a construction site in person, the meeting between the head and field offices, work planning meetings are conducted on-line. All these make it possible to realistically assess the current status of projects, timely detect possible discrepancies between the planned and actual situation and in a timely manner to prevent exposure of the discrepancy on the further implementation of the project.

In her presentation the project manager of "Altis-Holding" emphasized the role of creating a vertically integrated structure of the Corporation. The Group of Companies of "Altis-Holding" consists of 14 companies covering a wide range of construction and industrial activity. This allows us to run a full cycle of the construction project by our own forces, ranging from the design work, delivery of materials directly from producers, own lines of glass tempering and insulating glass production to its own fleet of construction machines and mechanisms for the production of all types of building and road works.

"Thus, the program of projects of the Corporation is a series of interrelated projects, management of which is coordinated to achieve synergies, reduction of labor cost and material resources, as well as achieving the strategic objectives of the Corporation. Systematic approach minimizes risks, allows tocontrol costs, and timing of the project."

The end product of each company meets the requirements of the market that allows you to receive a quality product. Confirmation of this is the first place of "Altis-Holding" in the market of general contracting companies, according to the magazine «Building» in 2011, which allows talking about the success of the project management in the Corporation "Altis-Holding".

At present Corporation "Altis-Holding" has over 2500 employees and a portfolio of its projects is more than 100 projects. Among them are infrastructure projects of national importance in the preparation for Euro 2012. These are a new international airport terminal “Lvov” and a training camp of Euro 2012.
