Changes to the Economic Code
As the law firm Salkom "Last week the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine adopted the Law" On Amendments to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine on the definition of jurisdiction of cases on land issues. "
Now the economic courts of jurisdiction over the cases are in the
disputes that arise out of land relations, in which participants
perform business entities, except those assigned to the competence
of administrative courts. In addition, these cases are dealt with
economic court on the location of objects of land relations or
major portion thereof.
