Here are the comments of Nataliia Kulakovskaya, the head of the marketing and advertising department of the Croup of companies "Altis-Holding". "Sail" is our first realised residential project. Now we have a very interesting experience of designing and constructing in this segment of the real estate. Difficult technological solution were realized; also there were used high-quality materials. I think that the french balconies of the "Sail" will embelish the whole district. The project "Sail" is one more successful co-operate project of the Group of companies "altis-Holding" and the Investment company "XXI Century". The companies has co-operated earlier within the commercila real estate constraction. this year we finished building of the retail and enterntainment center "Kvadrat" in March.

Today "Altis-Holding" builds the residential complex "Silver Springs" in Kiev. In addition there was put into operation a first stage of the residential complex in Boryspil, at the #47 Kyivsky shlyah Str.
