"Altis-Holding" is a professional general contractor. We have built more than 1 000 000m2 of the real estate. Almost all the installation and erection works, except of the installation of the engineer networks, are made by our own specialists. Today the Group of Company "Altis-Holding" consists of 16 companies.

The "Altis" Company began its business activity in 1995, it provided roofing works. An anual 100-150% increase of the works volume promoted the investments into the development of the other business activities.

 Today the Group of Companies "Altis-Holding" consists of 14 specialized companies. It is involved in designing and engineering, building (incl. roof and facade installation, big-box building and hi-rise building, concrete works, foundation installation), special works ("zero cycle", earth works, external networks installation, special facilities construction, land improvement), aluminium and metal-plastic structures, construction materials delivering.

 The total quantity of the projects in which Altis-Holding was involved is 100. Our turn-key centres "Kvadrat" (Kyiv) and "Caravan" (Kharkiv) are the winners of the First Ukrainian National Real Estate Prize "CP AWARDS 2008".

 Today "Altis-Holding" takes part in construction of 15 objects. An average GBA is 53 000 m2; the same index of our big-box building reaches 100 000 m2, an average GBA of our hi-rise buildings is 80 000 m2

 The objects built by "Altis-Holding" are well-known to citizens of many Ukrainian cities, they are retail & entertainment complexes "Aladdin" (in Kiyv), "Kvadrat" (in Kiyv), "Caravan" (in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrivsk) and "Sady Pobyedy" (in Odessa), retail centres "Magelan" (in Kiyv), "Arsen" (in Rivne and in Ivano-Frankivsk),  "Tam-Tam" (in Lutsk) and "METRO Cash&Carry", and the entertainment centre "Ultramarin" (in Kyiv).

1982 - graduated from the Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture with honors.
1985 – finished postgraduate studies
1986 - defended PhD thesis.
1991 – became a co-founder of company “Meridian”
1995 – founded the company "Altis". The company has grown into the Altis-Holding Corporation and then to the Group of companies "Altis-Holding".
2008 – was elected a Deputy of the Head of Ukrainian Construction Association.
