The center "PortCity" will be consisted of the 2 buildings. These two buildings together with the retail center "TAM-TAM" will create the whole retaile and enterntainment complex. "TAM-TAM" was also designed and built by "Altis-Holding".
The right retail and enterntainment center will be situated at the Sukhomlinska str., #1. It will consist of a boutique gallery, a cinema complex, a skating-rink, a bouling club and a good court. There will also be an underground parking for 200 cars. The GBA of the center will be 38 042,7 m2.
Another building will be a retail and office center. It will be situated Sobornist' avenue. The center will consists of the 2 retail premises floors and the 3 office premises floors. There also will be 2 parkings; one will be placed underground (for 130 cars) and another will do at the roof of the building (for 50 cars). The GBA of this building will be 24 386,8 m2.
