Leading architect of the design department

Altis Group of Companies, a leader in the domestic construction market, is hiring a leading architect from the design department.

Conditions:

• Complete higher education in the field of "Architecture";
• Experience in the development of architectural sections of the project at all stages of design (Preliminary design, Project, Work documentation) for residential and commercial real estate from 5 years;
• Advanced level of ownership - Autocad, Archicad, Revit;
• Skills in working with BIM technologies;
• Knowledge of architectural, urban planning, fire regulations;
• It is desirable to have practical experience in the development of visualizations of facades, master plans for the placement of objects (section MP).

Duties:

• Development of concepts of objects;
• Development of architectural sections of the project (AS, ABS, POD, visualizations, explanatory notes) at all stages of design, issuance of tasks to related sections;
• Participation in meetings with the customer, contractors;
• Author's supervision of construction.
