RAW SILAGE ON THE TERRITORY OF THE CEMENT PLANT

Installation and construction work was carried out at the enterprise without shutdown of the processes. 52 piles with a depth of 25 m were used for the installation of the foundation slab. The installation of the foundation, with a height of 2 m and a diameter of 22.5 m, was carried out with the use of special additives to the concrete mix by the method of continuous concreting.

The walls of the building, that are 82 m high, were constructed in 25 days. All the time, there were carried out reinforcement and concreting works with the help of sliding formwork. Reinforced concrete wall structures with post stress up to 72 m high were built. Such a technology is relatively new for Ukraine and makes it possible to add greater strength to structures by laying steel wire ropes/carrier cables in the prefabricated reinforcement cage, stretched after concreting the structures.

For the construction of a reinforced concrete cone-shaped structure with a volume of 225 m3, a formwork of complex shape with a diameter of 16.5 m and a height of 16 m was developed and manufactured in the middle of the silage.
