OBERBETON PREFABRICATE PLANT

Altis Group reconstructed the industrial estate and built one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine for the production of reinforced concrete constructions, the Oberbeton plant. It is equipped with a full range of modern equipment from European manufacturers, leaders of the market (Germany, Italy).

Specialists from Italy and Germany took part in the design and development of the technological concept of the plant. The EU standards were used as the basis of the Oberbeton plant installation. During the construction of the facility there was used the framework construction technology.

Altis Group specialists used latest technologies, and the construction of the facility was completed with a minimum duration, only 9 months.

Today, the plant produces a range of products, and has both ready-made technical solutions and opportunities for fast implementation of individual orders for various products and designs. The company has its design centre.

Precast reinforced concrete in components manufactured by Oberbeton were used in the construction and renovation of many facilities, including: NSC Olympiyskyi, Kyiv; Arena Lviv Stadium, Lviv; DO & CO flight catering area, within the framework of a largescale reconstruction of Boryspil International Airport; TAM-TAM mall, Lutsk; METRO Cash and Carry wholesale centres, Zhytomyr, Volzkyi, Russia; Epicentr construction and economic hypermarket, Kherson; a new ramp as part of the road junction reconstruction on Poshtova Square, Kyiv, and others.
