ELEVEN BUSINESS CENTRE

The project provides for the reconstruction of the production facilities for health and sports, and also the business centre; the construction of a hotel-type house for temporary residence with underground parking in 11, Solomianska Str., Solomianskyi district of Kyiv is also provided.

The building consists of one underground and 11 storeyed. The structural design of the complex is a combined monolithic reinforced concrete frame with shear walls, where all vertical forces are transmitted to the rod elements, columns, and horizontal – to the central structural core. Spatial rigidity and the fastnest of the structure are achieved by the hard disks of a slab, the availability of a central structural core in the form of a lift-stepped block, and rigid joint clasps of floor slabs and columns.
