RECONSTRUCTION OF THE PLATFORM FOR AIRCRAFT OF TERMINAL «D» IN «BORYSPIL» IA SE

The land area of 17.6798 ha, where the reconstruction of the current platform D for aircraft was performed, is located in the flight zone №1 of Boryspil Airport.

The project provides for the arrangement of staging areas for platform mechanization and special purpose vehicles, patrol and technological roads, lightning facilities, parking aprons, platform lighting systems, technological fuel pipelines of the centralized souping up system for aircraft; water-intake facilities and water supply networks, drainage systems, fence lines with video surveillance and alarm systems, expansion of the available storage tank and construction of a new one with a capacity of 5000 m 3 for receiving rainwater runoff with a sewage pump unit.

As part of the project, the following work is carried out:

• demolition of available coverings more than 20 000 m².

• transportation of more than 1 million tons of soil and drilling bulks.

• installation of man-made concrete pavements on the platform and taxiways with a total area of 104 000 m².
