RIVERDALE RESIDENCE

The concept of a multifunctional complex provides for the construction of the whole neighborhood unit with a total area of 286,000 m2. The complex includes 15 buildings of various floors from 5 to 25, several 5-7-storeyed office buildings, as well as a school complex for 500 students.

On the street side, at the level of the 1st floor of residential buildings, there are rooms for lobbies, cafes, and offices; from the side of the courtyard, there are two-level apartments. The entrance to the lobby is located on the side of the roadway. The cafes and offices on the 1st floor have separate entrances from the street. There is a plan to construct separate entrances to the underground parking on the territory; the internal territory with a recreation area and a water pond are closed to cars.

In the construction of external walls, there is a plan to introduce a system of ventilated facades. Slabs are used as the main facing material. The project is the result of collaboration between the development companies Altis Group, Archimatika Architectural Firm and Perfect Group.
