TERMINAL DIN BORYSPIL IA SE

The challenge of the passenger terminal D in Boryspil IA SE renovation was the implementation of the concept for handling international and internal flights ‘under one roof’. Before the reconstruction of terminal D, handling of international and domestic flights was performed from different terminals, located at considerable distance from another.

Altis Group built three two-storey galleries, 58 m long each. Reconstruction of the 2nd and partially reconstruction of the 1st floors of terminal D was carried out fully. Unique works on integration of new mounted facilities with existing systems were performed: baggage handling, conditioning, ventilation, power supply, notification, automation fire suppression, video surveillance, access control, area control, public television, the one-time and other systems. Reconstruction work was performed in conditions of constant work at terminal D. After the renovation, the passenger traffic of the terminal increased up to 900 passengers per hour.
